What types of events can the facility accommodate?
- Wedding ceremonies and receptions, meetings, showers, luncheons, reunions, holiday parties, banquets, concerts, lectures, recitals and much more.
*There is a sound system available.
How many people can the space accommodate?
There are two parts to the facility, The Lyceum and The Lyceta.
- The Lyceum:
- Theatre Style – 300; Classroom Style – 168;
Banquet Style – 168
- The Lyceta:
- Theatre Style – 130; Classroom style – 54;
Banquet Style – 64
The two areas may be combined to accommodate larger groups.
What are the rental rates?
- Monday – Thursday
- Lyceum - $400; Lyceta - $200; Entire Space - $600
- Friday
- Lyceum - $1000; Lyceta - $500; Entire Space - $1500
- Saturday
- Lyceum - $1650; Lyceta - $850; Entire Space - $2500
- Sunday
- Lyceum - $600; Lyceta - $400; Entire Space - $1000
Rental rates are based on four hours and include set up of tables and chairs, use of caterer’s kitchen and event clean-up.
Is parking available?
- Ample parking around the facility and on nearby lots is available and free!
